Dr. Wendy R. Carroll is an associate professor at the University of Prince Edward Island (UPEI), School of Business, and the founder and Faculty Director of the UPEI Workforce Strategies Research Group. After a 20 year career working in national and multinational businesses as a senior leader and executive, Wendy completed her Ph.D. in management and joined the faculty at Acadia University in July 2005 and then UPEI in July, 2008. Wendy teaches management courses in both the undergraduate and graduate level at UPEI. She has won several teaching awards including Graduate Faculty member of the year for UPEI in 2008 and 2009, as well as the Hessian Merit Award of Teaching Excellence in 2011.
